Materials

  • Senses and Art Histories collections: these pieces are made from polymer clay beads, each one hand-modeled and assembled. Every bead, every knot, and every necklace is unique, signed on a bead plate that is also engraved with the year of creation and an identification number.
  • Words collection: except for the “About Speech (in lower case and capital letters)” pieces—which are one of a kind and made from polymer clay—all necklaces in this collection are laser-cut from acrylic (3 mm / 0.1 inches thick) and hand-assembled with metal chains and clasps.

Because all items are handmade or hand-assembled, no two are ever exactly alike and some may differ slightly from the one shown in the image, which may be a prototype.

Payment Methods:

We only accept payments via PayPal, including credit card payments processed through PayPal.
To use your credit card without a PayPal account, simply do not log in or sign up. On the PayPal «Checkout» page, click «Continue» (located at the lower left-hand side) to access a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.

With PayPal, you can use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Shipping Information:

  • The average shipping time is one to two weeks, as each item is made especially for you. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, it may take a bit longer than two weeks. Should this be the case, you will be notified at the time you place your order. If you need your order by a specific date (for example, as a gift), please email us so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
  • All items are shipped to the address provided on your PayPal account. Please ensure your address is correct and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address if the PayPal invoice information is inaccurate. If you need your order sent to a different address, please email us as soon as possible.
  • Every item is gift-packaged and carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
  • Orders are shipped via Registered Mail from Spain, include a tracking number, and typically take about two weeks to arrive. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. International buyers may be subject to customs fees or taxes upon arrival of the items; please note that we are not responsible for these additional charges.

Refunds, Exchanges, Care & Shipping Policy:

Necklaces made of clay are as fragile as any stone, and methacrylate can be easily crushed. For this reason, all necklaces are shipped in a box with a cushioned interior, and our packaging is carefully checked to ensure your piece arrives intact.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for damage incurred during shipping unless it is immediately documented with clearly dated photographs of the delivery receipt. Items broken accidentally by you (or altered in any way) cannot be returned. However, repairs are possible—just drop me a line!

Take good care of your necklace: you can dance with it, but try not to trip over a column or take things too literally when performing on the dance floor…

Return Policy

That being said, we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction. All items purchased through our online store may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return to the address below.

The sender is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error on the part of Victoria Contreras (such as receiving the wrong item). We recommend using priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking numbers, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return.

Special orders

I design and handcraft or assemble each individual piece myself, and I also accept commission-based work—which allows you to customize length, subject, text, color, and details. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a custom order, feel free to drop me a line. I’ll be happy to reply!
